Before reading this, it is important that you understand one thing….I am anything but a great cook.  That said, if it involves a grill or my Big Green Egg, I can most likely handle it.  If it is in the oven, that is an entirely different story.  Making custom smoker tables is a big part of my business; however, everyone may not know what it is or what can be cooked on it.  So, recently, someone suggested that I add a page on my website to showcase the things that I cook for the benefit of those who may not be familiar with the product, the process or the imaginative things that can be created.  This page is simply show and tell.  The food is not for sale, but you are welcome to come join me along with my friends and family for great food and great company and a cold beer!
